Each visit functions with your standard copay, and outside lab tests may be covered (not the test kit). We’ll verify your insurance details before your first visit so you’ll know what’s covered and any potential additional costs.
If you don’t have insurance or prefer to self-pay, Paloma Health offers a straightforward membership at $20 per month, billed annually. Members pay just $60 per visit with our thyroid specialists, ensuring affordable and ongoing expert care. Our Physicians can see patients in the states they are licensed in: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming. You won't be able to see a doctor and get a prescription if you don't live in one of these states.
Booking a consultation is very easy. Once you have created your account, you will be able to book a consultation in no time with one of our thyroid doctors. We'll ask you to answer a few questions about your medical history. If you have recent lab results you will be able to upload them so that our doctors can review them.
A few minutes before your appointment, you will receive an email with a link to connect with your thyroid doctor online! And that's it.
After your consultation, your doctor will share with you their notes and recommendations.
Your Paloma physician will communicate any dose changes to your pharmacy of choice. Most of the time, your medication will be ready for pick up at your local retail pharmacy same-day.

Paloma Health offers one membership option at $240 per year. Members pay $60 for each doctor visit but can also decide to use their insurance to cover the cost of these visits.

Yes. We recognize patient freedom of choice and always allow patients to select their own preferred pharmacy if they choose to no longer use Paloma. If you prefer to have your prescription sent to a specific pharmacy, simply email us at contact@palomahealth.co for help.Note: we cannot guarantee the prices of other pharmacies, and they may be more expensive than when you have your prescription filled through our partner pharmacy.
