Paloma Health offers one membership option at $240 per year. Members pay $60 for each doctor visit but can also decide to use their insurance to cover the cost of these visits.

Your care manager will help you manage the logistics of care, while also supporting our internal clinical staff to ensure fluid coordination between the various professionals working on your team.
We know that sharing your medical history, scheduling appointments, filling out insurance forms, navigating benefits/coverage of your health plan, and finding local test sites can be challenging. We’ve got you covered, and your care manager will help facilitate these tasks for you.
Paloma's care managers work only with thyroid patients and therefore understand the unique circumstance of thyroid care including thyroid medications, testing, diet and symptoms.
Yes, your healthcare provider can prescribe medications, just like any other medical practice. Your healthcare provider can also order additional labs when necessary.

- Convenient access to prescription medications and diagnostic tests (including labs, imaging, and procedures) if deemed necessary by your care team
- Personalized care plans and educational content that is tailored to your health goals and lifestyle preferences
- Access to a dedicated care manager to help you navigate your health journey including medical record retrieval, external referrals, and procedural needs
If you cancel your annual membership before your first doctor visit, you will receive a refund less a $15 service fee.
You can cancel your membership anytime and it will not renew after the annual period. (Example: If you start membership on 1/1/2022 and cancel it on 5/2/2022 it will be active and available for use until 1/1/2023). Your membership fee for the period in which you cancel will not be refunded and you will maintain access to all member services and benefits until the end of that term.
If you would like to cancel and end your your annual membership immediately (not at the end of the annual period) and be refunded any portion of the annual fee, you are responsible for the cost of services (at non-member rates) used during your membership:

Paloma Health is an online medical practice with no physical locations.
All interactions with Paloma Health can be done from the comfort of your home, including telemedicine visits with your thyroid doctor and nutritionist, at-home testing of your thyroid levels, and in some cases delivery of
your prescription medication.
Please note that Paloma Health doctors are available in the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York,North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

Visit cancellation
Members will not be charged if the visit is canceled or rescheduled at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time.
No Shows
Paloma Health will charge a no-show fee of $60. If you are more than 10 min late to your visit, you will be charged the no-show fee as well.
How to Reschedule/Cancel
Visit your Doctor Visits page to reschedule or cancel your upcoming visit at least 24 hours in advance. You may also message your care manager or email care@palomahealth for support
If you lose your insurance coverage or have a new insurance that we do not accept, you can pay $60 for your doctor visits without billing your insurance.
If you move to another state, we will check if your insurance is accepted in the new state. If it is not accepted, don’t worry - we will keep you on the insurance membership until your membership renews. You will be able to pay $60 for out-of-network visits during this time.When your membership renews, you won’t able to benefit from the discounted membership fee of $96 per year. Your membership will renew at the self-pay rate of $192 per year.
Paloma Health no longer offers an insurance membership option. The only available membership is $20/month billed annually ($240 per year).
Starting November 15th, 2023, the price for a visit at Paloma Health will be increased from $42 to $60. Our commitment to your health and well-being remains our top priority. The price change is a step to ensure we can continue delivering the amazing services you’ve come to expect from Paloma Health. We deeply value our relationship with you, and we always strive to provide you with the best care possible.
To show our appreciation for your continued trust and loyalty, we have an arrangement in place for our existing members. Any visits that you book before November 15th, even if the actual visit date is after this date, will still be charged at the current rate of $42. This gives you the flexibility to schedule future visits at the current price if you wish to do so.
